Our goal is to maintain and wherever possible improve excellence across all areas of the business including, but not limited to; quality, consistency of goods, service levels, production capacity, product range and manufacturing processes.
The Company’s Quality Policy is communicated at all levels within the Company. The Quality Policy forms a key part of the Company’s training programme, assisting us to engender an environment whereby every team member is aware of the company goals and work together to succeed in our Mission.
All activities undertaken across the business are subject to robust procedures and structured processes which form part of our Quality System. This Quality System has been independently certified to IS09001: 2008 standards. Our systems are regularly reviewed and reported on as part of scheduled internal audits and are measured by quantifiable targets to drive continual improvement.
The Company sets itself challenging internal annual targets for improvement across a wide variety of areas including; waste reduction, complaints and customer service levels which are reported on a monthly basis.
