The client was looking for a bespoke point of purchase product to tie in with its new marketing campaign. Wanting to mix up the usual shot market, the client was looking at a way of selling two shots in one glass making a “twisted shot”.
The product needed to be attention grabbing, innovative, fun to play and ultimately increase drinks sales at point of purchase.
Working in partnership, a totally new variation on the traditional static bar runner was developed – ‘The Spinning Bar Runner’.
Combining a natural rubber backed bar runner with a printed, free spinning wheel which was attached with a bespoke fixing in order for the disk to rotate freely. The finished product allowed the Corky’s customers to spin for a “twisted shot” at the bar. To add impact to the campaign and to enhance brand awareness, a wall mounted version of the product was created for the bar wall. This wall version was printed on Foamex to achieve maximum print quality, ease of assembly and importantly to ensure the product was delivered on-budget.
