Whilst GatorMetal is printed at all sizes for steel signage , the
expertise and uniqueness is in the production of large metal signage
made up of multiple sheet sizes up to 4 meter lengths by 1.5 meters
wide. To date one of the largest produced being 100 meters by 3 meters.
So whether your requirement is for 20,000 signs of the same size and
image or just a one off, we have the facility and capability to fulfil
this.
Using sublimation process for printing has advantages against other
methods in that the image is applied under a protective clear coat,
this protecting it from contact damage and making it UV stable, slowing
down any fading.
Metal substrate can be supplied in different types and thicknesses.
Post Forming and Drilling can be undertaken. Double Sided printing is
also available.
GatorMetal signage meets categories A,B and C, and is currently used in
the London Underground and Airports throughout the UK.
GatorMetal has been developed to fulfil all fire standard requirements,
especially where Public Transport is concerned. The most demanding
being Underground and Airport areas, where Paper and PVC plastics are
unsuitable.
