How long does my account last?
Your FTP Server logon account is active for 48 hours, after the 48 hours please use the "FTP Account Re-activation form", to re-activate your account.
How do I re-activate my account?
You can re-activate your account at any time, simply complete the "FTP Account Re-activation form" and your account will be re-activated, you will receive an email informing you that your account has been re-activated.
I have forgotten my logon details
Click on the "Forgot your Password?", enter your email address, then press the "submit" button. You will receive an email confirming your account details, you will be able to logon again.
