Please set up your file in the Mac format if at all possible. Send us your files on CD or alternatively they can be compressed and uploaded to our ftp site.
Be sure to include on the disk:
1. Layout file (Quark, Illustrator, etc.).
2. All fonts. It is a good idea to convert all your fonts to outlines (paths), as this will reduce possible problems.
3. Graphic files (Tiff, EPS, etc).
4. If you are trying to match any PMS colour or company corporate colours, be sure to send us any swatches or samples. Remember, though, we can only mix colours using the number of dyes available. Include some sort of guide to let us know what and where PMS colours you are trying to obtain.
5. Please send us a hard copy if at all possible. It is preferable to have a colour proof at swop standards that has been okayed by you or your customer.

Templates:
If needed templates can be supplied in .ai, .eps, .pdf, .qxd or .psd formats.
These show finished size with bleed, printable area and safe area.
