How can I make sure I’m buying the right product?

Product information is available once you click onto a specific product. However, in the event you require more specific information, be it of a technical nature, please contact one of our Sales or Customer Service staff on +44 (0)29 2086 4555 who will be only to willing to help.

Please can you tell me what the delivery times are?

Standard sized stock products will be dispatched within 3 working days. However, if you require bespoke custom sizes, shapes, colours or designs our typical lead time is 2 weeks from receipt of order and artwork approval. Our Customer Services team will confirm a delivery schedule at that time.

Can I have my own design put onto the mat?

Yes, please click on the Advertising Mats or Floor Mats sections.

Are there any design limitations?

None. We use the most advanced production process that takes a photographic quality image or high resolution artwork and transfer this to any of the products we offer. To achieve high resolution we rely on using images of a minimum 300dpi.

I want to have a product with my company logo on. Is this possible?

Of course! We can produce your logo on almost every product we manufacture. All we require is a high resolution image in preferably EPS or TIFF format. PDF format is also acceptable, although changes by our designers to suit our production method are restricted.

You have a range of sizes for products but I need a custom size and shape?

Many of the products we manufacture are bespoke custom made and available in many shapes and sizes. Special shapes and sizes can be accommodated although a tooling surcharge may be applicable. Please contact our Sales or Customer Service staff on +44 (0)29 2086 4555 who will be only to willing to talk you through the options.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Please refer the section on Sustainability.

We have a corporate brand that uses specific pantones. Can you do this?

Yes. Although we use CMYK process we recognize that some businesses need specific pantone colours. All we need from you are the pantone references. In most cases we will send you a sample for your approval prior to production. Pantone colours do incur a surcharge which will be advised at the time of your enquiry.

Will the rubber backing mark my floor?

The nitrile rubber we use should not stain any normal untreated flooring. However, if you have treated the flooring for instance with a varnish or polish to protect it, there is possibility that a reaction may occur and result in staining. Mats also need to be laid out of direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may result in marking.

Do I need a specialist to install my product?

Most products are very easily installed and do not require a specialist. However, we do manufacture a number of products that require specialist installation. In this case, this will be advised at the point of order by our Sales or Customer Service staff.

I want to order a mat but my “mat well” isn’t a true rectangle! Help!

This is often the case. As an example, most “mat wells” have differing dimensions and are not truly symmetrical. Don’t worry. In this case we would always advise you to order a slightly larger mat than your exact measurements which enables you to cut to the shape and size. Mats are very easy to cut and will not fray after. If you are not sure or require further advice please contact one of our Sales or Customer Service staff on +44 (0)29 2086 4555 who will be only to willing to advise.

Can I return a product that I purchased from you?

If your mat is faulty we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt. For all other Terms & Conditions of Supply please refer our Web Site Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that have not been agreed in writing.

I need to cancel my order – how do I do that?

Unfortunately once payment has been made we are unable to cancel your order.
