Standard sized stock products will be dispatched within 3 working days. However, if you require bespoke custom sizes, shapes, colours or designs our typical lead time is 2 weeks from receipt of order and artwork approval. Our Customer Services team will confirm a delivery schedule at that time.

None. We use the most advanced production process that takes a photographic quality image or high resolution artwork and transfer this to any of the products we offer. To achieve high resolution we rely on using images of a minimum 300dpi.
Of course! We can produce your logo on almost every product we manufacture. All we require is a high resolution image in preferably EPS or TIFF format. PDF format is also acceptable, although changes by our designers to suit our production method are restricted.
Many of the products we manufacture are bespoke custom made and available in many shapes and sizes. Special shapes and sizes can be accommodated although a tooling surcharge may be applicable. Yes. Although we use CMYK process we recognize that some businesses need specific pantone colours. All we need from you are the pantone references. In most cases we will send you a sample for your approval prior to production. Pantone colours do incur a surcharge which will be advised at the time of your enquiry.
The nitrile rubber we use should not stain any normal untreated flooring. However, if you have treated the flooring for instance with a varnish or polish to protect it, there is possibility that a reaction may occur and result in staining. Mats also need to be laid out of direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may result in marking.
Most products are very easily installed and do not require a specialist. However, we do manufacture a number of products that require specialist installation. In this case, this will be advised at the point of order by our Sales or Customer Service staff.
This is often the case. As an example, most “mat wells” have differing dimensions and are not truly symmetrical. Don’t worry. In this case we would always advise you to order a slightly larger mat than your exact measurements which enables you to cut to the shape and size. Mats are very easy to cut and will not fray after. If your mat is faulty we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt. For all other Terms & Conditions of Supply please refer our Web Site Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that have not been agreed in writing.
