We have extensive experience in the printing of sublimation papers using offset litho, screen and digital processes.
This requires an in depth knowledge of transfer ink reaction, a subject that we feel we have some justification in claiming to be among the best.
Offset litho is ideal for long print runs of medium size. Our paper size is 1020mm x 700mm and all our printing is four colour process.
Screen is suitable for medium print runs with a size up to 1200mm x 1800mm. This can be either four colour process or spot colour for line work. Digital is the medium for large images. We have the latest in Dye Sublimation Digital technology with a print size of 1600mm wide by 4m.
By tiling areas together this process can be used to create extra large images for backdrops, banners or point of sale etc.
We have the expertise and experience in sublimating to numerous substrates including metals and ceramics. Our capacity and facilities permit us to store and print large volumes.
